Hello everyone, my name is ANNE FINKLER, the founder and designer of Soo Dog Talk, a professionally developed program to coach people and train their canine companions.
My journey as a dog trainer commenced 1999 at an obedience school located in Germany. This education provided me with valuable insights from world renowned animal behaviorists and I am forever grateful to have been given the opportunity of personal and professional growth.
During that time, I encountered a behaviorist that observed and studied wolves near the Bow Valley Provincial Park close to Banff, Canada. This gave me an opportunity to spend time in nature witnessing the untouched wild and raw habitats of wolves. The love for the Canadian nature and the outdoors led me to move to Canada in 2004.
My expertise extends beyond our canine companions to the equestrian world as well. I graduated with an Equestrian Certificate from Germany in 1997 with advanced training at the prestigious Landesgestüt Dillenburg. This education granted me the ability to obtain a coaching certificate through Equine Canada.
I am confident that my multi-faceted background enriches my coaching approach offering a unique perspective to a variety of situations and behavioral coaching opportunities.
My credentials truly reflect my commitment to continuous learning and expertise in both the canine and equestrian fields.
Today, I can look back at a career with over 25 years of full time dedicated dog training experience and I am truly grateful for the trust and faith that my 10K+ clients have put in me, for allowing me to continue to encourage their personal growth and for taking me on new adventures every day.
I look forward to working with you through my structured programs that will provide both you and your canine with the crucial knowledge and confidence to cultivate a healthy and trusting relationship.
See you on the trails,
Anne
